Privacy Policy
Relucia, LLC
Effective date and last updated: September 1, 2026
The short version
This is a marketing website. It has no accounts, no login, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. If you visit, our hosting provider records a standard server log, from which we may count traffic in aggregate. If you email us, we have your email. That is the whole story. Our products collect data differently. If you use BibleBelt, read the BibleBelt Privacy Policy — this policy does not cover it.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Relucia, LLC (“Relucia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Wyoming limited liability company, handles information in connection with relucia.co and any other website we operate that links to this policy (the “Site”). This policy does not apply to our software products, each of which has its own privacy policy — including BibleBelt — or to third-party websites we link to.
2. Information we collect
Server logs: Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring URL, your browser type and version, and your operating system. This is necessary to serve pages, diagnose errors, and protect against abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you. Email correspondence: If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever else you choose to write. We keep correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the exchange. That’s it: The Site has no contact forms, newsletter signups, account registration, e-commerce, chat widgets, advertising pixels, social media trackers, session recording, or third-party analytics.
3. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any comparable service. We do not participate in cross-site or cross-app tracking, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track you in the first place. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security or load balancing. These do not identify you and cannot be used to track you across other websites. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and post notice on the Site before the change takes effect.
4. How we use information
We use the limited information described above only to deliver, secure, and maintain the Site; diagnose technical problems and monitor performance; detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents; respond to your messages and inquiries; comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use; and produce aggregate, non-identifying counts of Site traffic. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors who process information on our behalf, under contract, only for the purposes we specify: Vercel Inc. provides website hosting and content delivery and processes server logs and IP addresses; Google LLC (Google Workspace) provides business email and processes email correspondence; and our Wyoming registered agent provides statutory agent services and processes business records, not visitor data. We may also disclose information to comply with law, legal process, or a lawful government request; to enforce our Terms of Use or protect the rights, safety, or property of Relucia or others; or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Retention
We keep server logs for no longer than 30 days unless a longer period is needed to investigate a security incident or comply with law. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to maintain our business records, and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS across the entire Site and access controls on our email and hosting accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send us sensitive information by email.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, and the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; access a copy in a portable format; correct inaccurate information; delete your information, subject to legal exceptions; opt out of sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and profiling — we do none of these; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise a right, email admin@relucia.co with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us what you want. We will verify your request by corresponding with you at the email address on file and respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days if we tell you why. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we deny your request and your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will require written proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. California residents: In the 12 months preceding this policy’s effective date, we collected identifiers (IP address, email address) and internet or network activity (server logs). We collected them directly and automatically through the Site for the business purposes in Section 4, and disclosed them only to the service providers in Section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information, do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Shine the Light: California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, email admin@relucia.co and we will delete it.
10. Where we operate
Relucia operates from the United States, and information we handle is processed and stored in the United States. The Site is intended for users in the United States. We do not currently offer goods or services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and this policy does not include GDPR-specific disclosures. If that changes, we will update this policy.
11. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services. We do not control their privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change, and material changes will be signposted on the Site. Your continued use after an update means you accept it.
