We will verify your request by corresponding with you at the email address on file and respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days if we tell you why. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we deny your request and your state provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will require written proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. California residents: In the 12 months preceding this policy’s effective date, we collected identifiers (IP address, email address) and internet or network activity (server logs). We collected them directly and automatically through the Site for the business purposes in Section 4, and disclosed them only to the service providers in Section 5. We have not sold or shared personal information, do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Shine the Light: California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures.
